Purpose of the association
The association, whose activities are exclusively and directly aimed at the pursuit of charitable purposes, aims to promote women in the IT industry and technology. This includes people who work in various positions in the technology and IT industry, or are active in technical fields. The IT industry includes, among others, persons and companies working in the technical field (software, development), online and mobile marketing, and in online and mobile media. The aim is to promote women in the IT industry in their professional and personal development. Through the work of #TheNewITGirls – Association for the Advancement of Women in IT, women in technology & IT should develop self-confidence for their position and work on their career. Furthermore, #TheNewITGirls – Association for the Advancement of Women in IT aims to bring more women into management positions.
